How to Order at Pinter PrintCo

Step 1: Choose packaging according to your product needs.
You must already know the weight (Kg or Gram) and size of the product you have. Because it is mandatory to know to calculate the size of the packaging you will need.
Step 2: Determine the packaging material that is suitable for your packaging.
Pinter PrintCo has printing services with Offset printing machines and Corrugated Boxes. What's the difference? Let's discuss it thoroughly.

Offset printing usually uses paper media, and has unique types of paper in Indonesia. Ivory paper, Art carton, and Duplex. These three paper materials are the paper that we often find in Indonesia for Beauty packaging, food, catering, cakes, bread, and fashion.
From this type of offset printing service with thin paper media can have advantages in finishing. Finishing can be embossed (usually raised logo), deboss, UV print, doff, glossy and window (mica window or just window).


Corrugated box has Kraft paper and corrugated flute paper. It is suitable for your products that have a grammage above 500 grams.
With paper thicknesses of various thicknesses such as E flute, B flute, C flute, this type of box is popular among shoe, electronics, and FMCG (Fast Move Consumer Goods) shop business people.

This corrugated box can also be pasted with duplex, so you can have the choice of many colors and a premium impression for your packaging.
Corrugated boxes can generally only display colors 1 to 4. And cannot display realistic colors and gradations, only displaying block colors.
Printing Duct Tape has transparent media and Full block. Full block is Duct Tape with red, white, yellow, green colors, according to your request.
The most common printed duct tape colors are 2 logo colors.
One color logo uses one cylinder tube. If two colors, then two cylinder tubes are required.

What if the printing tape is transparent?
Transparent printing tape for economical options of 100 and 200 pcs requires fiber cylinders, and the price we offer includes the fiber cylinders.
Promotional materials include stickers, flyers, standing banners, banners, stationery, office uniforms. Prepare the design and quantity that you will produce. At this stage we must know the materials that you will print or produce. And we are ready to provide prices according to your material requests and quantities.
Step 3: Order and open PO (Purchase Order)
Once you understand and have determined your choice and are ready to order with the following conditions:
Size, paper material, shape and quantity.
Then our Marketing will provide a Purchase Order sheet.
And you will be ordered to pay a DP (Down Payment) of 50%.

Payment via our BCA bank account in the name of the company PT or CV
We never make transactions using personal accounts.
Step 4: Production stage
This production stage will go through several series, namely:

1. We will provide a dummy sample for your approval. The dummy sample still uses manual. This stage is to show the size and layout of the design printing.

2. If it has passed the dummy stage and has been approved by you, then we will start the mass production stage. The results of this production will produce plus/minus quantities and you must take the quantity if there is excess production. Excess production will be notified by our Marketing. Usually 1-10% of the production amount.
However, if the quantity matches the quantity in the PO (Purchase order) you do not need to pay for the excess production.
Step 5: Delivery and payment stage
Prepare your address, we will send your product according to your complete address and google maps point. We will notify you when your item has been finished in production and will be ready to ship.
Before making the shipment, we will give you a settlement invoice to be paid in advance. If you have made the payment, then we will immediately send your product immediately. If the payment is made in the afternoon from 2-5 pm, then we will send it the next day.

Shipping costs and fleets will vary. According to the quantity and distance of your destination. Our marketing will provide guidance and instructions for shipping.
Step 6: Returning goods
The return format will be explained in more detail in the quotation (price proposal) given to you. Therefore, if you have signed the quotation, then comply with the ordering rules.

Returns of goods that do not match the PO or have production defects will be requested to be returned to our place first. Then we will re-produce within 7-14 days.
